Previous lines of enquiry include the Vomitoriae, the Super Displays and works generated from exploded archives. The Vomitoriae are self regurgitating sculptures paying tribute to the ancient Romans’ use of binge eating, whilst the Super Displays look at the absurdity of cities built as shopping malls. One archive depicted is created from material stemming from Paninaro paraphernalia - a fashion subculture from the beginning of the eighties in Italy who adopted a cheeseburger as an emblem. Another archive is focused on a collection of cosmetic cut-outs, just as the trend to show pre-digested products emerged in advertising around 2005.
